Replacement Policy:
- The consumer has the right to replace the product provided by the store within seven (7) days following the date of receipt. The consumer does not have the right to replace the product after the lapse of seven days.
- To replace the product, it must be in its original, good condition. Zamaa Imperial has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety and quality.
- The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with replacing the product. In the case of international replacement, the consumer bears the full shipping and delivery costs. In the event of a product defect or store error, the consumer will be compensated and shipping will be covered.
Refund Policy:
- The consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product within seven (7) days following the date of receipt. The consumer is not entitled to a return after the lapse of seven days.
- To return the product, it must be in its original, good condition. Zamaa Imperial has the right to inspect the product before processing the return to ensure its safety.
- The consumer shall bear the costs of the return shipping process. In the case of an international return, the consumer shall bear the full costs of shipping. In the event of a product defect or store error, the consumer will be compensated.
Exemptions (Cases where the product cannot be returned or replaced):
- Dehn Al Oud (Fragrance Oils): For health and hygiene reasons, Dehn Al Oud cannot be returned or replaced if applied directly to the skin. Returns are only accepted if the oil was tested on a clean testing strip or cloth, and the original volume remains completely unaltered.
- Vintage Agarwood (Oud Wood): Returns and replacements are accepted provided that no more than two (2) grams of the wood have been consumed for testing purposes.
- If the product was manufactured or customized specifically at the request of the consumer (excluding products with a manufacturing defect).
- If a defect appears in the product due to improper possession, storage, or handling by the consumer.
- Sample Orders: All sample-sized products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or replacement under any circumstances.
