Introduction of the usage agreement: Our online store welcomes you, and informs you that you will find below the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all the legal effects that result from your use of the store's services via the internet via this electronic platform. The use of any person, whether a consumer of a service or a product of the store or otherwise, is consent and acceptance from him, and he is fully qualified and considered legitimate and legal for all the articles and provisions of this agreement. This is a confirmation that this agreement applies to all types of transactions between the consumer and the store. This agreement is considered valid and effective as soon as you approve it and start registering with the store under Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Code.
Article One - Introduction and Definitions: The foreword above is an integral part of this Agreement. Please find below the definitions of the key phrases in this agreement:
1- (Store) This phrase means Zamaa Imperial, and this definition includes all forms of Zamaa Imperial on the web, whether it is an electronic application, a website on the web, or a commercial store.
2- (Consumer) A person who deals in e-commerce in order to obtain the products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
3- (Agreement) This term means the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.
Article Two - Legal Capacity of the Consumer:
1- The consumer acknowledges that he has the legal capacity considered legitimate and regular to deal with the store, or that he is at least eighteen years old.
2- The consumer agrees that in the event of a violation of this article, he bears the consequences of this violation in front of third parties.
Article Three - The Nature of the Obligation:
1- The store's obligation to consumers is to provide luxury oud, incense, and related fragrance products.
2- The store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, due to the nature and type of the luxury fragrance products required by the consumer.
Article Four - Terms of Use:
1- The consumer is obliged to use the electronic platform of the store in accordance with public morals and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2- When purchasing a product from the store, the consumer is obliged not to use this product in violation of public morals and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Five - Accounts and Registration: Once you apply to join the store membership as a user, you are obliged to disclose specific information and choose a secret username and password to use when accessing the store services. By doing so, you have agreed to:
1- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2- In no case will the store be liable for any loss that may be caused to you directly or indirectly morally or materially as a result of disclosing consumer name or password information.
3- You are obliged to use your account or membership with the store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it.
4- When using the store, you are obliged to use it with all seriousness and credibility.
5- You are obliged to disclose true, correct, updated, complete, and legal information about yourself as required during registration.
6- The store is committed to treating your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality.
7- If it turns out to the store that you have disclosed information that is not true or incorrect, the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership.
Article Six - Electronic Communications:
1- The parties to this Agreement agree that communication is carried out via e-mail registered in the platform.
2- The consumer agrees that all agreements, advertisements, data, and other communications that are provided to him electronically take the place of their written counterparts.
Article Seven - Amendments to the Usage Agreement and Fees:
1- In the event that any incoming article or clause mentioned in this agreement is canceled, such an order does not invalidate the validity of the remaining articles.
2- This agreement constitutes the mechanism of action, understanding, and agreement between the consumer and Zamaa Imperial.
3- All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and the consumer must pay all fees due.
Article Eight - Payment Services:
1- The payment system at the store can be made entirely online through the payment options available on the store.
2- The store is obliged to determine the price of the product that it offers in accordance with the recognized market value.
3- The store is obliged to provide invoices and bills of receipt for all amounts.
Article Nine - Intellectual Property:
1- The intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by Zamaa Imperial.
2- The consumer respects the intellectual property rights of the store, including the words, logos, and other symbols displayed.
Article Ten - Store Liability:
1- The store is committed to conducting its business in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2- The store does not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence caused by a third party such as shipping companies.
Article Eleven - Restriction of Access or Membership: The store can suspend or cancel the consumer's membership or restrict the consumer's access to the platform services at any time, without warning, for any reason.
Article Twelve - Applicable Law or Regulation: This usage agreement is governed by and formulated in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Thirteen - General Provisions:
1- The Arabic language is the applicable language when interpreting the provisions of this agreement.
2- All prices displayed on products on the store may be amended from time to time.
3- The promotions or marketing offers placed by the store are temporary offers. 4- This Use Agreement is canceled only by a decision of the store administration.
